The National Fair of Prosciutto and Dry-Cured Meat products with international participation promotes the traditional way of producing dried meat products in accordance with new standards and takes place every year at the Alkar Hotel in Sinj.
The National Fair of Prosciutto in Sinj is of an international character thanks to the participation of exhibitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Italy,.
In the exhibition area, visitors can taste prosciutto, dry-cured meat products, cheese, wine, olive oil as well as the traditional products of rural Croatia and Central Dalmatian islands, but can also enjoy a rich cultural and artistic program and presentation of Dalmatian, Herzegovinian, Lika and Slavonian heritage.
