Two thousand years seem a long period but once you taste the speciality that has been served in this area for more than two thousand years you will realise that the history is always actual and especially if freshly served in your plate. Each dish talks a lot about the region it is prepared in . It will tell you all about the land in which the ingredients grow, the climate in which they flourish and needs of local population who prepare and eat these dishes. We shall take you to the hinterland of Dalmatia to taste peka– ancient meal that with the slight changes of ingredients is still prepared with the same technique as in the time of old Delmats. After that you will discover the secrets of extra virgin olive oil and local specialities on the island of Brač, the island of stone, olives and sheep. Gentle thread of delicacies shall discover you the sweet and rich history of Split and Dalmatia and their value once and today.

Package can be organised for a period of three to five days. Indicative programme of activities for three days package includes : 1 day – visit to Cetina region and degustation of peka; 2 day – the island of Brač, degustation of olive oil , wine and local specialities , 3 day- Split, sightseeing of the town with local guide and degustation of dessert and show cooking with chef from famous Split restaurant. Package can be realised in the period from April 1 to October 31 for the groups of 2 to 8 persons. Accommodation in hotels with 4*and 5* while the transport by motor vehicles, vans, speed boat or ferry. Professional guidance is possible in English and upon request in other languages too.
