Split riviera (Omiš) Eno-gastronomyAuthentic food

Pirate’s platter is served in and around Omiš and consists of fried frogs, eel stew, green pasta with seafood, squid ink risotto and snails prepared in a peasant way. Served together with homemade bread under a baking lid and red wine from Omiš vineyards.  This is a blend of history and tradition.
