Hrvatski radio (the Croatian radio station) broadcasts some of its programmed transmissions in foreign languages for tourists in Croatia. There is a programme in English at 8.00p.m. every day which is broadcast on the Croatian radio Station HRT HR 1, with a duration of 10 minutes. During the summer, on Croatian radio HRT HR 2  (96,1 Mhz Split, 98,9 Makarska littoral) every hour from 8.00a.m. To 9.00p.m. news is broadcast in Croatian, English, German, Italian and Czech, and HAK (Croatian auto club) as well as road reports in English and German.    In the same period during the summer,  news and road reports are broadcast directly from the Austrian radio station, Rai Uno,  British VIRGIN radio, Radio Prague and the International Croatian radio station - Glas Hrvatske (The Croatian Voice ) Czech tourists are informed by radio Prague journalists once a day via regional stations (Radio Split). During the season, news and information services in foreign languages   are also broadcast from local radio stations.
