Supetar, a small town on the beautiful island of Brač, is known for its rich cultural heritage and traditions, that are especially festive during Easter. This idyllic destination becomes even more colourful during the Easter holidays when the “Easter Marendin” event takes place in the town centre. This occasion brings together the entire local community, often joined by curious tourists who have the opportunity to taste the island’s gastronomic specialties – such as omelette with wild asparagus, sugared almonds, cheese pastries, and Brač prošek (a local sweet wine).

Easter Marendin also offers a chance to enjoy traditional Dalmatian music. Local musicians perform lively melodies that enhance the atmosphere and encourage visitors to join the locals and celebrate. The Easter Brunch on the Supetar waterfront will be held on April 1st, 2024.
