St. Lawrence’s Church

This church dates back to the 15th century, and it got its Baroque style features in the 17th century. It has preserved its baroque appearance to this day. Throughout history, the parish church was burned down twice. The first time in 1512 during the rebellion and again in 1571 during the Turkish invasion. The interior of the church hides priceless art treasures – one of the richest art collections in Dalmatia
