Mrduja Tug of War

Located in the Split Gate, west of Brač and east of Šolta, the islet of Mrduja is an eternal reason for quarrels between the inhabitants of these two islands. The legend from a long time ago has it that there were attempts to acquire ownership of this islet. The initiative to revive the legend of Mrduja tug of war and finally get an answer to the question “Whose Mrduja is?” came from both islands and was eagerly welcomed by the inhabitants and guests of Brač and Šolta.
