Basilica Urbana

The main religious center of Salona was created in the immediate vicinity of the first Christian oratory formed in a private house, in the so-called domus ecclesiae. It is an area bounded by the city walls on the west , on the east by a street that led to a small city gate in the walls to the north, and on the south by a street that came out of  old city gate called Porta Caesarea
