Balečki bridge

The bridge was built in 1907. The construction of the bridge was undertaken by the Austrian administration, and it was built by local masters with polished dark gray stone. In terms of shape and construction, it is similar to other bridges from the second half of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century in Dalmatia. The entire area around the bridge, including the river bed, is a large archaeological site with finds from prehistory and antiquity
