Lučica Sanctuary

In the Lučica bay, not far from the town Sumartin, there is a natural cave of the same name. This cave was a shelter for the people of Sumartin during the battles of the Second World War. To honour it the people of Sumartin built a Blessed Virgin Mary altar that is there to this day
