Dragodid is a village founded at the beginning of the 19th century and protected as a Cultural Monument. Located on a hill, northwest of Komiža, about fifty minutes by foot, it is a true gem where time stopped running. It is, by all means, a typical Dalmatian village of stone houses, depicting minimalistic living comforts of Komiža’s farmers of the time. Today Dragodid is only occasionally visited, and a few years ago the association “Dragodid” was founded, with the goal to restore and revitalize the village in its authentic style
