18. August - 20. August 2022.

Every year at the end of August, Omiš looks to the pirates and the feast that accompanies the central part of the event – the reconstruction of the original pirate battle that took place in the 13th century.

This summer maritime spectacle in Omiš has become a top tourist attraction, bringing together more than ten thousand tourists and curious people who revive the memory of the victory of Omiš pirates over the Venetians.

Historical units of armed participants from all over Dalmatia gather and together with several pirate and Venetian sailing ships, revive the daily life of the pirate from more than 600 years ago.

Swords, firelocks, theatrical falls into the sea and the collision of two sailing ships are just part of the spectacle in the port of Omiš that should not to be missed.
