Sv. Jere

Named after the patron saint of Pučišća, Saint Jere, this 52, 2 km route is a difficult one, taking you to the east part of the island. The route goes through the villages of Splitska, Postira and Pučišća and a visit to the stone-masonry school in Pučišća is highly recommended. A steep ascent towards Pražnice is ahead of you, followed by a pleasant ride along the plateau of Brač. We suggest you go off road and visit Gažul – a picturesque village where a number of local dishes, such as local lamb and cheese, will help you get your strength back. An enjoyable down slope ride along the state road, passing through Nerežišća will take you back to Supetar.
