Nautical tourism
Blue sea, lots of sun, heavenly beaches and thousands of islands
Croatia is a country with more than a thousand islands, and Dalmatia is its flagship with countless possibilities when it comes to sailing. The crystal blue sea of Central Dalmatia is a global tourist hit, as is the untouched nature where dense pine forests intertwine with pebble or sandy beaches.
Split, a Mediterranean harbor city, will be the starting point for your sea activities. From Split, set sail for the Dalmatian islands of Brač, Hvar, Šolta or Vis, or just explore the coast from the open sea.
Hedonists will enjoy the port and pier infrastructure, authentic Mediterranean gastronomy, blue sky, sun and silence of the open sea. Adventurers will long remember trips to unexplored caves, diving and discovering wild beaches, caves and glades.
And we have something for those who may not want to sail, but are looking for an adrenaline rush. You will find something for yourself on most of the beaches in Dalmatia. Whether it’s jet-skiing, fishing, sea paragliding or kayaking and pedal boating.

Feel the authentic vibe of Vis, mystical island that carefully „preserves” the Mediterranean as it once was nurturing the autochthonous Dalmatian way of life.
