Jelsa -

What tourists but also inhabitants enjoy the most, is one of the most beautiful and largest parks in Dalmatia, which was established in 1870 on an alluvial area. Its beauty is increased by the presence of huge poplars, pines, oleanders, laurels and other Mediterranean herbs.
In this part of the park is a monument to captain Niko Duboković (1835-1912), and is a piece of art created by Ivan Rendić. The northern part of the park set up in 1950 and in its central part is a monument to the composer Antun Dobronić (1878 - 1955).
