Nerežišća is an old Brač village founded in 1000 to the Napoleon times. It was a residence of Brač prince and smithy of the Brač aristocracy. Here can be found a small church of St. Peter from 14th century on which roof grows a 200 years old miniature pine. Within the church there is Nikola Lazanić's altar from the 16th century.
