Hvar - Franciscan Monastery

The Franciscan Monastery in Hvar was built in the 15th century as a refuge for sailors. Inside the monastery is a museum with old coins, paintings, ecclesiastical books and an exhibition of numerous different items. The most famous display is the painting "The Last Supper".
