THE DELIGHTS OF DALMATINSKA ZAGORA

The Dalmatian hinterland is located behind a chain of mountains inland from the coast and separated from the fast life, which helped traditions to survive. Burdened by a difficult history and harsh living conditions, which created a special pride in the people and customs, the area is enjoying a renaissance, and is ready to show the wealth of its traditional life to all guests. Music, culture, food, history, archaeology – these are the treasures of Zagora. A special inspiration is gastronomy, with its roots in another, long forgotten time. Come with us to a ham smokery and take a deep breath. Inhale the scent of fruit brandy and lick your lips with extra virgin olive oil. Once you have excited all your senses, we will take you to a gastro-workshop, where you will experience the essence of the Dalmatian hinterland.
