Fort Dalmatia – Dalmatian Hinterland fortifications

Fort Dalmatia programme includes the visit to the most important historical monuments and sites in Dalmatian Hinterland especially fortifications like Tilurij in the village Gardun close to Trilj which together with Burnum was the only Roman military campus on the territory of modern Croatia ; fortress Klis, Gradin above Vrgorac, fortress Topana above Blue Lake in Imotski , fortress Prozor in Vrlika, Stari grad in Sinj , fortress Čačvina close to Trilj and other. The programme was primarily imagined as an educative programme / field lectures for groups of students from elementary and secondary schools. Such programmes are generally realised in the period of pre and post season. It can be realised as one or two days trip for groups of tourists that stay at  Adriatic during the high season especially for those  staying at Makarska Riviera and around that area.

Package can be organised for a period of 3 to 7 days. Indicative programme of activities for 3 days package includes: 1. day – driving up to Vrlika and visit of Prozor, fortifications of mediaeval and early modern torn, driving up to Sinj and visit of the Old Town , 2 day- visit of Tilurij , roman military campus , visit of Čačvina fortress and remains of  neighbouring fortifications , 3 day- driving up to Imotski and visit of Topana fortress, driving up to Klis , programme  – Live history of Klis fortress. Package can be organised during the whole year for the groups of 10 to 100 persons. Accommodation (categorization) in3 – 4 * hotels and hostels while transport by bus, Professional guidance in all major languages (upon request in other languages too).
