A secluded island positioned in the middle of the Adriatic Sea - a place where time stands still. In this natural paradise we explore rare bird species and enjoy wonderful wildness and isolation! Vis is one of the furthest islands of the Adriatic Sea, known as the Key of the Adriatic concerning its excellent geographic position. When staying on Vis, you have a chance to spot a vast number of bird species. Together with the Svetac Island, which we also visit, Vis is the most northern nesting place of the beautiful and endangered Eleonor’s Falcon (Falco Eleonorae). The Cory’s Shearwater (Calonectris diomedea) and Yelkouan Shearwater (Puffi nus Yelkouan) are also part of a rich avifauna that you are able to see and capture through the lens of your camera. Apart from enjoying the company of these magnifi cent birds, a traditional life of fi shermen in the village of Komiža and Mediterranean cuisine, makes your stay on this magical island even more memorable.
