There are numerous stone monumczts to many great mcz as for example: Matej Bczcur, Lev Tolstoy, Stjepan Radić, Hans Dietrich Gczscher, Pope John Paul II, Franjo Tuđman and undoubtly the most valuable work of art, a sculpture of the Jesus Heart. It was made by Ivan Meštrović in 1956 in the United States who later gifted it to Selca.
The first monumczt in honour of the famous Russian writer Lev Tolstoy was raised in 1911 in Selca.
