Visit the Sinj region and do not miss tasting Sinj arambaši, which would be a great sin. This traditional dish and delicacy of the town of Sinj is an indispensable part of the festive menus, but also a dish that you will be undoubtedly offered by hosts. It is created from small rolls of sauerkraut or fresh cabbage leaves stuffed with a mixture of beef and pork, but with a few important differences: the meat stuffing is not minced but chopped with a knife, different types of dried meat are added to it, but not rice. In addition, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves are added to this dish, which provide it with a very specific aroma.
