Lamb belly with fennel

In the coastal towns of Central Dalmatia, one of the indigenous specialities is lamb belly with fennel. This traditional dish is made from noodles of lamb tripe and potatoes, seasoned with garlic and Mediterranean spices, although it is the fennel that gives it its special taste.
