Frog stew on baškotin

In addition to the Cetina trout, another dish of the Dalmatian hinterland is its frog stew on baškotin which in fact are frog’s legs topped with lemon juice. Together with other aromatic ingredients and lemon juice, they are cooked on a low heat and served with toasted bread.
