Diver’s identification cards are issued by the Croatian diver’s association, and can be bought at Diving centres and clubs. The diver’s identification card is valid for one year from the date of issue. For issue of a diver’s identification card in the Republic of Croatia you must pay 100 kn, whilst authorization for independent underwater activities costs 2400 kn for 365 days. If you wish to dive in a registered diving centre, then the authorization for independent underwater activities is not required.
