Makarska is situated between the mountain Biokovo, in a port surrounded by two peninsulas – St. Peter and St. Osejava. The St. Peter and Osejava are attractive for visitors as there are wooded parks where all recreatives and nature admirers can enjoy. There are also walking and running paths from where extends a beautiful view on the town, open sea, islands and the mountain Biokovo.
