Every year on the first weekend in October, the well known regatta of Mrduja takes place, established in 1927 and has the status of being one of the oldest in Europe. The Regatta is traditionally organized by the Labud Sailing Club. It received its name from the islet of Mrduja which is also its turntable in relation to Split-Mrduja-Split.
