Near the sea shore are preserved three baroque summer residences from the 18th century, once owned by the noblemen families Grubišići, Ivaniševići and Kačići. The most impressive one of those three summer residences is that of the abbot Grubišić - today's hotel Kaštelet. Summer residences, particularly that owned by don Klement, was gathering places of world known personalities.
