Vidova Gora is the highest peak of the island of Brač and the highest insular mountain peak on the entire Adriatiic. It is situated on the Brač northern part, above Bol. It was named after a Slavic divinity Svantevid whilst after christening Croats name was attributed to St. Vitus. Vidova Gora preseved its autochtonous appearance and untouched nature. A beautiful view over the Bol, Zlatni rat beach and the island of Hvar can be seen from its peak.
