Every year, a three-day spiritual preparation is held in Dugi Rat, for the feast day dedicated to St. Joseph, the patron saint of the parish. The feast day of St. Joseph is also the Day of the Dugi Rat Municipality of .
The Dugi Rat Summer event is held during the tourist season.
