Along the coast of Kaštela Bay is the oldest of the seven Kaštela – Stari. In a fertile and sunny Kozjak hinterland vines and olives are cultivated whilst a plantation of figs and cherries is also grown. The beaches are located in coves protected by tamarisks and pines whilst its particular environment is due to the aromatic Mediterranean herbs.
