Krvavica is a small village in the Riviera of Makarska, inhabited only in the 18th century. Krvavice turned toward tourism after construction of a tourist complex in 1960, so today offers accommodation in private houses overlooking the sea. Quietness of the village is disturbed only by shouts of sea-gulls or cicada song. Combination of magnificent Biokovo, coves hiding numerous small beaches and a clear sea is the unforgettable picture of a small Adriatic village.
