It is hard to imagine a smaller geographical territory on which it is possible to do so many sporting activities, as you can in Split-Dalmatia County. The sea, rivers, mountains, woods and rocks… all are ideal terrains for an adrenaline rush and an adrenaline flush, depending on its intensity. The genes of the local people carry the information of all the area's terrains, because no other place has produced so many professional sportsmen and Olympians in regard to the number of inhabitants it has.
